Are you tired of using school equipment for maths and you want to use something new and fun? Well then, we should use online games like minecraft to help us learn. If you’re doing maths like volume and capacity then we can use the blocks in minecraft to measure. If you need to learn those last few tracky tables, play hit the button and xtra maths.
Hello my name is Theoden and i’m going to talk to you about games. Games like Fortnite are better than the games my dad used to play like pac-man and space invaders because they have more strategy. Strategy is important because it makes you use both sides of your brain.
My favorite games are Call of Duty 1 and 2, Fortnite and Minecraft. The reason I like these games is they have great strategy and an open world. For example, say, fortnite its open world and you need strategy to have a strategy to win. If you don’t have a strategy you get killed. Same with other shooting games like call of duty.
I think that the games like vex should be played in schools because first it has strategy which teaches you how to think differently when dealing with tricky problems. Secondly, it teaches us hand eye coordination which helps us in sports. Thirdly, it teaches persistence cause if you lose you try again and if think that was fun, you want to see what's next, so you will keep trying again.
My Forth reason is it helps us develop patience. if you got one computer at home and you have brothers or sisters that want a turn, then it teaches them patience because they have to wait there turn.
I think some computer games are good for learning but there are some that are just time wasters and don't teach you a lot so we need to make a good choice when choosing a game to play. I think we should be able to play more variety of learning games at school.
